Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If your item was misrepresented or damaged in shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or if the product no longer meets your needs, we accept returns only if the item and original packaging remain unaltered.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to such returns.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service team.

  2. Return Window
    Returns must be initiated within 7 business days from the date of delivery. We cannot accept returns beyond this period.

  3. Shipping & Processing

    • The item must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or misrepresented.
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds (minus restocking fees, if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
