Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- If your item was misrepresented or damaged in shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or if the product no longer meets your needs, we accept returns only if the item and original packaging remain unaltered.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to such returns.
Return Process

Request Authorization
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service team. -
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 business days from the date of delivery. We cannot accept returns beyond this period. -
Shipping & Processing
- The item must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or misrepresented.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds (minus restocking fees, if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
